There are some wonderful reasons to visit Torbay. To add to the long list of events occurring around Torbay in the near future, Nowhereisland, a moving art project that floats around the UK, will be appearing in Torquay on August 6^th and 7^th. Anybody attending will be able to see the island, learn all about it at the visitor centre and even sign up to become a citizen.
