Pendennis Castle, near Falmouth in Cornwall, is a top visitor attraction for people on Cornwall holidays, but after dark on February 10th, the castle will take on a spooky atmosphere, for when the sun sets the ghosts begin to make themselves felt.
The minimum age for participation in the event is eight years old, as the tour around the Half Moon Battery, the underground magazine and the Tudor kitchen (and who knows what could be around the corner in each place?) might be too much for younger children.
Non-member costs are £15 for adults and £10.50 for children, whilst members pay just £12 for adults and £8.40 for children. The prices include a cup of hot soup to keep the chill out of your bones. Tours will be running at 6pm and 8.30pm on February 10th, and each tour lasts an hour and a half.
