2020 UK Holiday Escape

We know that the last few months have been difficult for everyone. With this in mind and knowing that lots of you are really keen to enjoy a break away, we have made a few changes to our product to allow us to re-open for holidaymakers on 6th July. All new bookings for 2020 will be made on this basis until further notice.

Our Holiday Escape Product allows you to enjoy the great outdoors and fantastic coast and countryside that surrounds our parks while staying in your own self contained holiday home. In line with the government announcement on 23rd June, we are now able to open our bars with 1m social distancing and table service. Our restaurants will also re-open. Our swimming pools and gyms will re-open in line with government guidance on 25th July however please note we will be operating reduced numbers and you may need to book a slot. We will be operating a reduced entertainment programme. All outdoor facilities will be open.

Please note check in times will be staggered between 4pm and 7pm to allow additional time for cleaning and sanitisation between bookings. You will receive an email prior to your arrival with your check in slot and details of what to expect.

Keeping you safe on holiday

We take the safety of our guests and team extremely seriously. We have been working hard to ensure our parks provide the perfect environment to safely relax as you enjoy your first holiday since lockdown.

  • Visible 2 metre markers throughout the park
     
  • One way systems through Reception
     
  • Increased frequency of the cleaning of public areas
     
  • Additional time allowed for the cleaning of every unit
     
  • All accommodation is fogged to release a mist that kills viruses and bacteria
  • Staggered check in times to avoid bottlenecks
     
  • Screens on Reception and Shop Counters
     
  • Use of fast acting anti viral cleaning products
     
  • All unnecessary furnishings removed from accommodation
     
  • Units are then sealed so no-one can enter prior to your arrival
  • Keys sanitised prior to you receiving them
     
  • Hand Sanitiser Stations around the park
     
  • Special attention paid to high touch areas when cleaning
     
  • Once cleaned your unit is inspected by a supervisor
     
  • All staff have been asked to increase frequency of hand washing and sanitisation

In line with guidance issued by the department for health and social care, we will keep contact details of the lead guest who is staying on our park or drinking in our bar. We will keep your details for 21 days. We will share them with Test and Trace personnel, if asked, in the event of a fellow guest or member of staff testing positive for Coronavirus. Data will be handled according to GDPR, security and ethical standards at every stage of the process. 

We have carried out all the relevant risk assessments in line with government guidance to obtain Covid secure certification.
