Book with Confidence with free Coronavirus Holiday Protection
We are all living in uncertain times, but we know many of you will want a holiday to look forward to. Our free Coronavirus Holiday Protection means you can book your holiday safe in the knowledge that you are covered if the Coronavirus Pandemic interrupts your plans.
Our Protection means if the Coronavirus interupts your holiday plans you can:
- Move your holiday to another date free of charge*
- Receive a full refund if you are unable to re-arrange
- Put the money into a holding account to be used against a future booking
The Protection will automatically be added to all new bookings made through John Fowler Holidays directly and covers you for any of the following:
- Our parks being closed
- You being unable to travel due to sickness or isolation
- Key workers unable to take annual leave
To activate your guarantee, email us no more than 21 days before your arrival. You will need to provide your booking reference number and evidence if you are changing your holiday due to illness, isolation or key worker status. Please let us know whether you would like to transfer your holiday to another date, put your monies into our holding account or cancel. If you chose to move to another date, we will offer a credit of £50 on short breaks and £100 on weeks if the date you move to is more expensive. Should you transfer to a cheaper date, we will refund the difference. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.
