The Sunningdale is a modern and contemporary holiday home, with an open-plan layout, making it an ideal family holiday home. The living room boasts patio doors that lead onto the decking, a comfortable L-shaped sofa (with a pull-out bed), a TV unit, a coffee table, and a modern electric fire. The contemporary, well equipped kitchen comes with ample an abundance of surface and cupboard space, and features soft close hinges to doors and drawers and an integrated microwave, fridge & freezer and a gas cooker & grill with an externally vented powered cooker hood. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a free-standing dining table and four dining chairs. The generous master bedroom boasts a king-sized Ottoman style flip-up bed with storage beneath, a designer headboard, a double wardrobe, a dressing area with a stool and vanity mirror, bedside cabinets, overhead storage, a floor to ceiling window for natural light and there's an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The ABI Sunningdale will be sited on a fantastic plot here at Llanrhidian Holiday park and with the park only being closed from 6th January to 1st February, you will be able to truly make the most of your holiday home!
