I am due to arrive between 5th November and 2nd December - what are my options?
If you are booked to arrive in England during the current lockdown, you will be entilted to a change of dates or full refund. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss this with you.
Can I travel to your park in Wales from England after the 9th November?
No unfortunately you will not be able to travel to our park in Wales from England during the current lockdown. If you live in Wales and restrictions are lifted, you can book to stay at our Llanrhidian Holiday Park.
What if travel restrictions are still in place after 2nd December?
We really hope this won’t be the case, but if it is, you will be entitled to our standard Coronavirus cancellation options.
My balance is due – do I need to pay it?
Yes for all holidays due to arrive on or after 2nd December, you must pay your balance or your booking may be cancelled for non payment and you would forfeit any money already paid. Don’t worry though, if the parks are still closed when you are due to travel, you will be offered our standard Coronavirus cancellation options which include a full refund.
Can I make a new booking?
Yes you can make a booking for any time arriving after the 2nd December. If you are coming in the next 8 weeks, you will need to pay in full, if it is further away, it is a £50 deposit. All new bookings are covered by our Coronavirus Holiday Protection Scheme.
I am due to arrive after 2nd December but am in a risk group and don’t want to travel.
It is important that everyone stays safe so you will be offered the opportunity to move your holiday to another date (up to the end of 2021). This can be done right up to 21 days before your arrival date.
I am a key worker and cannot get time off work.
First of all thank you for all the great work you are doing to keep us going at such difficult times. If you are unable to come on the date you are due to arrive you will be offered the opportunity to move your holiday to another date (up to the end of 2021). For those that booked directly through John Fowler Holidays, we will offer a 20% credit towards the cost of your holiday if it is more expensive. If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference. This can be done right up to 14 days before your arrival date.
A member of my household/party has symptoms of Coronavirus, can I still come if we isolate on park?
If you have or any member of your party or household has symptoms of the Cornoavirus (or has been symptomatic in the last 14 days) please do not travel to the park. We will be able to change the date on your booking to another date (up to the end of 2021). For those that booked directly through John Fowler Holidays, we will offer a 20% credit towards the cost of your holiday if it is more expensive. If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
What steps are you taking to keep the parks safe?
We take the safety of our guests and team extremely seriously. We have been working hard to ensure our parks provide the perfect environment to safely relax as you enjoy your first holiday since lockdown. We have put extra measures in place to observe the 2 metre social distancing rules and we have upped our cleaning regimes to allow us to spend more time sanitising public areas and will be deep cleaning every accommodation unit between bookings.
I am an owner, can I self isolate in my accommodation on your parks?
No, you must self isolate at home in your primary residence as per government advice.
