Covid-19 FAQs

What if travel restrictions are still in place after 5th July?
We really hope this won’t be the case, but if it is, you will be entitled to our standard Coronavirus cancellation options.

My balance is due – do I need to pay it?
Yes for all holidays due to arrive on or after 6th July, you must pay your balance or your booking may be cancelled for non payment and you would forfeit any money already paid. Don’t worry though, if the parks are still closed when you are due to travel, you will be offered our standard Coronavirus cancellation options which include a full refund.

What if the parks are open but the facilities are closed?
We plan to open our facilities in line with what the government says is permissible and what is practical. If our facilities are not going to be open, you will be offered a chance to change your dates. For those that booked directly through John Fowler Holidays, we will offer a 20% credit towards the cost of your holiday if it is more expensive. If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference. Details on what facilities are currently open, can be found here.

Can I make a new booking?
Yes you can make a booking for any time arriving after the 6th July. If you are coming in the next 8 weeks, you will need to pay in full, if it is further away, it is a £50 deposit. All new bookings are covered by our Coronavirus Holiday Protection Scheme.

I am due to arrive after 6th July but don’t want to come anymore, what are my options?

What steps are you taking to keep the parks safe?
We take the safety of our guests and team extremely seriously. We have been working hard to ensure our parks provide the perfect environment to safely relax as you enjoy your first holiday since lockdown. We have put extra measures in place to observe the 2 metre social distancing rules and we have upped our cleaning regimes to allow us to spend more time sanitising public areas and will be deep cleaning every accommodation unit between bookings.

I am an owner, can I self isolate in my accommodation on your parks?
No, you must self isolate at home in your primary residence as per government advice.
