Covid-19 FAQs

What time can I check in?

Our check in times are 2pm for diamond, 3pm for platinum, 4pm for gold and 5pm for bronze and value accommodation.

What steps are you taking to keep the parks safe?

We take the safety of our guests and team extremely seriously. We have taken extensive measures on park to keep you safe. These include additional cleaning of public spaces and high touch points, sanitising of all units between check ins, hand sanitising stations around the parks and extra ventilation of public areas. While you are no longer required to wear a mask by law, we recommend you continue to do so in crowded areas. We would politely ask that you refrain from any physical contact such as handshakes with members of our team.

What happens if I develop sympoms during my stay?

If any member of your party develops symptoms (fever, new continuous cough, loss of sense of taste/smell) no matter how mild during your stay you must reurn home immediately and get a PCR test. Please open all of the windows in your accommodation prior to departure, leave the key in the door and then call Reception to notify them. Please do not come into Reception.

Can I come if I've been told to isolate?

If you have been contacted by NHS Test & Trace and told to isolate you cannot come on the holiday.

Are the pools open?

Yes are pools are now operating at full capacity. We are still keeping a booking system in place though. You can only book the swimming pool once you have arrived at the park.

Are you running water activities?

No, unfortunately our water activities such as zorbing are still currently suspended.

Is your entertainment on?

We are running as close to a normal entertainment programme as possible. There will be party dances for children along with planned activities. There will be evening entertainment with live acts. Our dancefloors are open again. Unfortunately we will still not be allowing anyone on stage or be running karaoke nights at present.

Are all of the facilities open now?

We are still keeping some facilities in poorly ventilated areas (such as saunas) closed at present.

We are two households travelling together, can we still come?

As of 19th July 2021, there are no limits on the number of people allowed to mix.

When can touring caravans, motorhomes and campers come on holiday?

If you have a tourer or motorhome with your own facilities, you can come from 12th April onwards. We are not allowed to open our shower blocks or plate wash facilities before the 17th May in phase 3.

Can I come on my glamping holiday?

As our safari tents and pods all use shared washroom facilities, these accommodations will not re-open until phase 3 planned for 17th May.

I am due to arrive soon but am in a risk group and don’t want to travel.
It is important that everyone stays safe so you will be offered the opportunity to move your holiday to another date (up to the end of 2021). This can be done right up to 21 days before your arrival date.

My balance is due – do I need to pay it?
Yes for all holidays due to arrive on or after 12th February, you must pay your balance or your booking may be cancelled for non payment and you would forfeit any money already paid. Don’t worry though, if the parks are still closed when you are due to travel, you will be offered our standard Coronavirus cancellation options which include a full refund.

I am a key worker and cannot get time off work.
