Brixham Pirate Festival
Celebrating Brixham's rich Maritime history with a great mix of music, stalls and fun events for the whole family, the Brixham Pirate Festival is a weekend not to be missed. Our South Bay Holiday Park in Brixham is just 10 minutes from the town centre with a bus stop right outside the park.
British Fireworks Championships
The National Firework Championships are set on Plymouth Hoe which is a natural amphitheatre and allows the displays can be watched from a variety of points around the harbour. They are now recognised as the premier annual firework display in the UK, attracting 10s of thousands to the City each August. Each year six professional companies are selected to take part and put on an incredible display of pyrotechnics. Entertainment is put on on both evenings and usually includes a fun fair with thrill rides and live music. They is also a variery of food on offer.2017 will be the 20th year for the Championships and is set to set the sky alight. Plymouth is about 25 miles from our holiday parks in Looe and Polperro and each year many of our guests from Trelawne Manor and Killigarth Manor travel to see the show.
North Devon & Exmoor Walking Festival
The North Devon and Exmoor Walking Festival was established in 2000 and since then has provided a week to 10 days of guided walks each year in magnificent scenery. You can explore the unique coastline and countryside surrounding our Devon holiday parks, as the Exmoor & North Devon Walking Festival returns to the region for the 17th year.It always takes place around the May Day Bank Holiday. At this time of year the weather is usually perfect for walking and the wild flowers are at their best.Walks range from a half day walk of about 4 miles to all day walks of up to 10 miles long. Exmoor is surprisingly hilly, so a 7 mile walk will feel more like a 9 or 10 mile walk to most people. The festival covers 32 guided walks from famous Croyde Bay in North Devon to Watchet in West Somerset. Bude Jazz Festival
Bude Jazz Festival is a festival of Traditional and New Orleans Jazz which is taking place from 29th â 31st August. 2017 will be the 30th year of Jazz in Bude, right on the door step of our Cornwall Caravan Park. Putting a swing in the step of the town each year, with the aim of satisfying audiences and dancers alike with live gigs, street parades and a jazz picnic over 4 days following the August Bank Holiday weekend.Enjoy the best live jazz in Cornwall just four miles away from our Widemouth Bay Caravan Park. A single-day entrance ticket is priced at £22, a four day Stroller ticket is priced at £80, but early-bird Stroller tickets are just £76 when purchased before 31st March. Tunes In The Dunes
A brand new festival, set on the beautiful golden sands of Perranporth beach in Cornwall next door to our Perranporth Holiday Park. With a back drop of scenic cliffs and sand dunes, this will be a truly unique event where you can enjoy an ice cold beverage with your feet in the sand and the ocean only a stones throw away.Major headline acts will be getting announced over the lead up to the event and also the British longboard championships will be taking place in conjunction with Tunes in the Dunes, where some of the UK's greatest long boarders will be battling it out in the surf.This is a first of its kind event for Perranporth, not to be missed and only 2 miles from Perran View. Bath Fringe Festival
Not far from our Sandy Glade holiday park the Bath Fringe Festival is among the oldest continually operating festival in England. The Bath Fringe is a festival of all the arts that takes place for 17 days in various venues and locations across the beautiful city of Bath.With its street events, theatre, live music, comedy, dance and children's shows, the Bath Fringe is always a popular festival. If you are staying at our caravan park in Somerset you can enjoy The Bath Fringe which is taking place from May 26th - 11th June.
Weston Super Food Festival
If you are staying at our Sandy Meadows Lodge Park and love great food you'll love the Weston Super Food Festival! The festival has become one of the region's largest and most popular celebrations of food and is now in its fourth successful year. Last year many more attractions were brought in including the Eat and Be Food Experience Theatre which offered hands on workshops, food tasting experiences, producer showcases and cookery demonstrations by professional chefs. If your Somerset holidays overlap with the Weston Super Food Festival there are over 140 food and drink stands to explore, that focus on local produce. Live music to keep you entertained and the covered seating area so the festival can be enjoyed whatever the weather - this is not to be missed!
St Ives Food & Drink Festival
Just 4 miles from our St Ives Holiday Village, the St Ives Food & Drink Festival is a celebration and gathering of some of the finest food & drink producers and chefs in Cornwall.Taking place on the iconic Porthminster Beach from 13th â 14th May, 2017 promises even more culinary experts, attractions and a wide variety of local beverages and food. Taste, try, meet, buy, and enjoy the finest flavours and tastes that Cornwall has to offer, see some of the best chefs in the county giving cooking demonstrations and enjoy everything that St Ives has to offer, whilst staying at one of our Cornwall holiday parks. There will be a fantastic range of activities and entertainment which promises fun for all the family.
Royal Cornwall Show
4th - 6th June @ Royal Cornwall Showground For three days each year, The Royal Cornwall Show takes place at the dedicated showground at Wadebridge. The famous show is on the doorstep of four of our Cornwall holiday parks and is transformed into a living town, bustling with life, energy, agriculture, entertainment and trade.
Brixham Pirate Festival
If you are staying at our South Devon Holiday Park during the first bank holiday in May, Brixham Pirate Festival is one not to be missed. This annual event brings together a gathering of pirates, live music, street entertainers, live history exhibits and family area and much more from 2nd - 4th May.
BrixFest will take place 23rd - 27th May at Brixham Harbour. If you are enjoying a Devon break at South Bay Holiday Park you can celebrate all things Brixham where hundreds of artists, charities, chefs and locals get together and you can enjoy a huge variety of local goods.
Torbay Air Show 2020
This annual event is held on Paignton Green 6th - 7th June and is a fantastic day out when you are on your Devon family holidays. You can enjoy free entertainment for all of the family, food and drink stalls, bouncy castles, inflatable slides and the spectacular air show. RAF Red Arrows to return to Torbay Airshow for first display of the season.

25th April is the day of the year when Camborne celebrates local genius and inventor Richard Trevithick. If you are staying at one of our Cornwall holiday sites you can head down to Camborne and enjoy Trevithick Day with spectacular steam engines, singing, dancing and parades.
Devon County Show 2020
21st - 23rd May @ Westpoint Exeter This annual event is a popular attraction for people staying at our Devon holiday parks. The Devon County Show is one of the largest events in Devon's calendar and is a brilliant day out for all of the family sampling many wonders of Devon. From the finest locals foods and livestock to stunning flowers and rural skills there's something for everyone who enjoys the Devon way of life.
Gold Coast Oceanfest 2020
19th-21st June @ Croyde Bay This North Devon beachside festival is a weekend not to be missed when you are on your Devon caravan holiday! The child friendly event is always a hit with surfers and sun seekers, taking place in a field overlooking the stunning Croyde Bay. As well as the live music stage, the event also plays host to several sporting contests including surfing, beach volleyball, paddle racing and open water swimming. Lineup TBC

St Ives Food & Drink Festival 15th - 17th May @ Porthminster Beach St Ives Food & Drink Festival is one not to be missed if you are staying at St Ives Holiday Village or Tolroy Manor. Approximately 12,000 food and drink lovers descend on St Ives to enjoy the event with delicious produce, expert cookery demos from a range of high profile chefs and a fantastic set list of music.
Tunes in the Dunes 2020
Tunes in the Dunes 2020 1st - 3rd May 2020 @ Perranporth Beach Tunes in the Dunes returns to Perranporth Beach for a weekend of fantastic live music. This brilliant festival is on the doorstep of Perran View Holiday Park with major headline acts that will be announced on the lead up to the event plus lots more entertainment.
Bude Carnival 2020
Bude Carnival - 15th August Located only 4 miles from Widemouth Bay Caravan Park, Bude Carnival is a fantastic event to attend during your caravan holidays in Cornwall. Afternoon events start at 2:00pm with Charity Fete in the Castle Grounds. Judging starts at 5.30 and the procession leaves the Lower Wharf at 6.30.
Gower Walking Festival
The award winning Gower Walking Festival take place near Llanrhidian Holiday Park 30th May - 7th June. There is a wide range of walks over the spectacular countryside and coastlines of Gower that follow The Gower Way Path.
The Gower Show
If you are staying at Llanrhidian Holiday Park during August you will not want to miss the famous Gower Show. Taking place on Sunday 2nd August at Penrice Castle Park, you will be able to enjoy a fantastic range of displays and attractions – something fun for all of the family.
