5 Beautiful Beaches In Cornwall
Hey, hey my fabulous Foxy Friends! World Cup fever has finished now but do not fear, the six week school summer holidays are just around the corner! If you are staying at one of our Cornwall holiday parks this summer you are in for a treat. We are incredibly lucky at all of our caravan parks to have some of the world's best beaches right on our door step.
Here are my top 5 beaches in Cornwall
Widemouth Bay - This beautiful beach can be seen from our Widemouth Bay Caravan Park and is one of the longest beaches in Cornwall at almost 1.5 miles long. This Blue Flag Beach is a great place to learn to surf and only 3 miles from Bude it makes the perfect beach to explore during your camping trip.
Perranuthnoe- This sandy beach is known to many as Perran Sands and with a spectacular view of St Micheal's Mount it is a unbelievable beach to discover when you are on holiday at Perran View Holiday Park.
Carbis Bay – This mile long, award winning beach is a stone throw away from St Ives Holiday Village and with hardly any surf it is perfect for swimming with families and children. The golden sand is ideal for sunbathing surrounded by sub-tropical plants, you’d never believe you were in the UK.
Talland Bay – This small quiet beach is located midway between Trelawne Manor Holiday Park in Looe and Killigarth Manor Holiday Park in Polperro. There are two main beaches in Talland Bay which are both quite small, but brilliant for swimming and rockpooling.
Hayle Towans Beach- This beach is on the doorstep of Tolroy Manor Holiday Park and can be accessed from several different places in Hayle. The beach has 3 miles of golden sand which barely get crowded and is perfectly sheltered by the sand dunes.
