Did you know that after the end of a fantastic holiday season, when we close the doors of our parks, the work doesn’t stop there for us?
A whole host of behind-the-scenes action takes place, getting our parks ready for a brand new season. But what exactly do we get up to when all our guests have gone?
New units
Perhaps one of the most exciting events is the addition of new units at our parks. Cranes, tractors, trailers, it’s a flurry of action and heavy machinery bringing the new accommodation onto site, ready for our guests to enjoy in the new season! We have some new caravans coming to our parks. You can now enjoy the Classic Caravan range; brand new 12’ wide models with all the features you’d expect, from central heating to fridge freezers and smart TVs. These units are the perfect budget-friendly option, making sure everyone can enjoy magical holidays in 2025.

Also joining our fleet we have our Exclusive Platinum Range; a top-of-the-range model, these minimum 12’ wide platinum exclusive caravans provide extra room in the lounge and bedrooms. Designed with comfort and luxury in mind, they're the ultimate holiday option. Want to add more luxury? Go for one of our Platinum Plus Exclusives and enjoy additional decking, where you can sit out with a drink and soak up the sun.

Refurbishments
Many of our parks have some exciting refurbishments on the cards, ready to make 2025 even bigger and better! Just a couple we can reveal include a fantastic refit and refurbishment of South Bay's arcade, and additional micro lodges have made a new home in St Ives Holiday Village!
Fantastic new features
We all like to have a bit of luxury on holiday, so we're pleased to announce that for our guests who love a morning coffee, our brand new fleet of Exclusive Platinum caravans now feature Tassimo coffee machines. The perfect way to wake up on holiday. These machines are just one of the many new features coming to our accommodation and park facilities next season!
Maintenance magic
Our maintenance teams have the big job of getting everything ready for the new season. From keeping the lawns in excellent condition, preparing the flowerbeds, making repairs and keeping the paths clear and sparkly, they certainly work flat out over winter!
Perfect pools
Our swimming pools are perhaps one of the main features of our parks, and they certainly get their fair share of special treatment over winter. Each pool is individually drained and professionally cleaned so they're looking their best for the new season. It’s hard to stop yourself diving straight in when they're finished!
Menu makeovers
Our park teams work hard to come up with new, mouth-watering additions to their food menus. Guest feedback is very important to us, so we like to keep our menus fresh and exciting with new, tasty food and drink each season.
