St Mary’s Bay
Quite literally on your doorstep, this stunning secluded cove can be accessed directly from the holiday park. Be aware that it is down some steep steps!
Once you’re on the beach you can relax and enjoy the clear blue waters, soft sands and stunning rock formations. Perfect for a morning walk, afternoon picnic or a cheeky little sea swim.
Breakwater Beach
If you’re into snorkelling then this is the beach for you! One of the cleanest and clearest stretches of coast in the area, it’s got fantastic visibility for those who love to snorkel. The calm waters are ideal for spotting crabs, fish and sometimes the occasional seal! Though please give these cheeky sea pups space, if they’ll let you!
There are toilets, a café and paddle board/kayak hire shops available – all you need for a great day at the seaside.
Fishcombe Cove
A real hidden gem of the English Riviera, Fishcombe Cove is ideal for a quiet swim spot. The cove is a small pebble beach with calm, sheltered waters and favoured by locals – so you know it’s good!
Fishcombe is great for spotting wildlife, including seabirds and seals, so get your binoculars and picnic blankets out and set yourself up for a day of coastal calm.
Goodrington Sands
If it’s family fun you’re looking for then Goodrington Sands is the place to be. With ice-cream stands, splash park, crazy golf and plenty of cafes, there’s something for everyone here.
A short drive towards Paignton, the Dartmouth Steam Railway runs right behind this beach, great for train spotters and locomotive lovers of all ages!
Broadsands Beach
Halfway between Brixham and Paignton, Broadsands Beach boasts a long stretch of sand, shallow waters and stunning views out across Torbay. It’s the ideal spot for paddle boarding, swimming or simply relaxing.
There’s parking close by and a large green for beach games and picnics.
