Today is National Pizza Day and along with pasta, pizza is my favourite food! As we are all getting ready for your UK park holidays to start I have made a list of my top 5 pizza places in North Devon, just in time for your Devon holidays! 

The Italian Kitchen - Bideford 

Come and say Ciao to the team at The Italian Kitchen in Bideford with their quirky decor, wood fired pizzas made with fresh ingredients and fresh dough prepared daily and a huge range of toppings to chose from!

Giovanni's - Barnstaple 

This award winning restaurant gives you a true taste of Italy with an authentic pizza menu with a selection of Italian toppings! From Margherita to Calzone and additional toppings there is pizza for everyone to enjoy!

Flame Factory - Appledore 

This quaint family owned business on Appledore Quay have a huge variety of wood fired pizzas in their beautiful Georgian building that over looks the estuary. They have developed a vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu packed full of flavour, using fresh dough from top quality Italian flour. 

Stoned - Braunton 

Stoned started as holiday job with a small wood-fired oven making pizzas on holiday campsites. Now they have opened their delicious restaurant in Braunton using the best ingredients from the South West, organic dough, yeast and olive oil and free range chicken. Not only can you enjoy eating out you can also order pizza to the comfort of your own home with takeaway and delivery in the Braunton area.
