The Christmas jumper..
Hey Foxy friends! Only 13 sleeps to go and we are digging out our Christmas jumpers here at our Devon, Cornwall & Somerset holiday parks ready for the holidays!
Until recently many of us wouldn't dare to be seen in seasonal patterned knitwear, but now it is the must have item of December. About half of us now admit to owning one and retailers report a 200 per cent increase in sales from 2013.
From singing Christmas puddings to sewn in fairy lights the Christmas jumper phenomenon is bigger than ever and it is being used to raise money for some amazing charities.
This Friday (16th Dec) is Christmas Jumper Day for the Save the Children Fund. Stick on a silly festive sweater with your friends, family, colleagues or school and donate £2 to Save the Children, by doing this you will help save children's lives.
With the money you donate you will help millions of youngsters under five who are vulnerable to preventable diseases, and can also bring essentials like healthcare, education, protection and food to the millions of children around the world who are missing out on the most basic support.
Post your Christmas Jumper Day photos to our Facebook page and donate to this amazing cause!
