Firework Displays in North Devon 2019

Hi Foxy Friends! As Halloween and October half term pass by at our UK holiday parks the next big event of the year is Bonfire Night and the skies will be lighting up around the North Devon caravan sites this week. 

The annual Barnstaple firework display, hosted by Barnstaple Round Table will take place at Barnstaple Rugby Club on 2nd November. Tickets can be pre-booked or you can turn up on the night. Gates will open at 5.30pm followed by the display starting at 7pm. 

Big Bonfire Party at The Big SheepBonfire and Burgers – Fireworks and Fun, The Big Sheep bonfire night is one of the best places to go in North Devon on 5th November. This spectacular evening kicks off at 5pm with the a special Toddler Firework Display at 6pm and the Main Fireworks lighting the skies at 7.45pm. Kids can make use of the indoor playground after the display which is open until 9.30pm and if you are feeling a bit peckish you can enjoy the Mini Street Food Fest with a variety of local, delicious food.

Woolsery Firework Fayre will be held on Friday 1st November at the village primary school hosted by Woolsery Scouts. Starting at 5pm, you can enjoy a lantern parade, bar, bouncy castle, games and a BBQ. Children are encouraged to make their own lantern and join in with the parade before the bonfire has been lit. 

Torrington Cavaliers Bonfire & Fireworks takes place on Saturday 2nd November at Torrington Rugby Club. The Torrington Cavaliers are famous for their spectacular events they hold for communities throughout North Devon. The bonfire and fireworks display will kick off at 7pm with gates opening at 6pm so you can stock up on drinks and delicious food! 

Work is also still in progress for their 2020 bonfire with an unbelievable replica of the Mayflower to commemorate its 400th anniversary. 

Braunton Firework Display is sure to be a fantastic evening of live music, tasty food, children's entertainment including laser tag, disco bouncy castle, face painting and craft workshops. The evening is held at Braunton Cricket Club with the doors opening at 4.30pm and the display at 7.30 giving you plenty of time to enjoy all of the fun! All of the proceeds raised from this event are being donated to Kingsacre, Caen and Southmead schools.
