There’s nothing quite like going to the beach whilst you are visiting one of our UK Holiday Parks in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset or Wales. However here at John Fowler Holidays we know it’s not as simple to relax on the beach with your little ones running around, so we have put together some fun ideas of how to keep your tots entertained during a day at the beach.

Noughts and crosses

This simple game is made instantly more fun for your little ones by using your fingers to play in the sand.

Seashell hunt

You never know what kind of beautiful seashells you will come across on our UK beaches but a hunt for who can find the biggest shell is always fun.

Build a moat

Once you have built your spectacular sand castle why not make it even more impressive by adding a moat and digging a path right down to the sea?

Kite flying

You will find plenty of seaside shops close to our UK holiday parks that sell a variety of kites for all ages, a classic beach activity that doesn’t get old!

Wave jumping

Whatever your age wave jumping is always fun right? Pick up your littlest ones and your older ones and see how many waves you can jump in a row!
