GoldCoast Oceanfest 20th-22nd June

Do you love live music, surfing and beach sports? If you're chilling with me at our North Devon holiday parks this weekend, make sure you don't miss out on the biggest event in North Devon's calendar, GoldCoast Oceanfest.

The 3 day festival, set at Croyde Beach, has been the talk of our caravan parks this week as it returns for a 16th consecutive year on Friday!

And the line-up won't disappoint, it looks quality! Headlining the opening night is reggae star Natty and superstar singer-songwriter Newton Faulkner will be entertaining the crowds on the Saturday night. With an eye for spotting emerging talent – after all, GoldCoast was the first festival to give Ben Howard and Ed Sheeran headline slots – Sunday evening will play host to Irish folk duo Hudson Taylor.

The weekend is waaay more than just a music festival though! I bet a lot of you would love to learn to surf while staying at our static caravan sites? We'll you can at GoldCoast as well as watching the experts rip up the waves.

There's also the UK's largest open beach volleyball event, skateboarding, water sports, environmental workshops, paddle racing and a competitive beach soccer tournament.
