North Devon's Bonfire Night Guide

Hey Foxy Friends! Halloween is over at our holiday parks but bonfire night is on it's way and North Devon is gearing up for a weekend of fireworks, bonfires and fairgrounds! We are sad to see the 2018 season drawing to an end this weekend but don't worry, there's still time to catch a firework display at the end of your North Devon caravan holidays! 

Here are my top 5 bonfire night events in North Devon! 

Appledore - Appledore Pirates will kick off the November fireworks displays in North Devon with its event on Friday November 2nd.The bonfire will be lit at around 7pm with fireworks from around 7.30pm in Irsha Street with free parking and a BBQ. 

Woolacombe - The annual Fireworks in the Field in Woolacombe will also take place on Friday, November 2nd. Gates open at 6pm with fireworks at around 7.45pm, with tickets £5 per adult and £3 per child. There will be a DJ, hog roast, barbecue and fully licensed bar to enjoy all evening.

Torrington - Torrington Cavaliers will also be hosting a bonfire and fireworks on Saturday, November 3, at Torrington Rugby Club. Gates open at 6pm, with the show starting promptly at 7pm.There will be a bar and food. No parking on site and no dogs; sensible footwear is advised.

Braunton -  Braunton Cricket Club will be hosting an organised firworks display on Saturday, November 3, with gates opening at 4.30pm. The display is set to start at around 7.30pm and there will be live music, food and entertainment. Tickets are £5 an adult and £4 a child with money raised going to the three Braunton primary schools.

The Big Sheep  The Big Sheep will be hosting a Bonfire Night Party on Monday, November 5, with fireworks and fun for all ages. Doors open at 4pm, with junior fireworks at 6pm, the bonfire lit at 7pm, and the main fireworks at 7.45pm. The event will include a mini street food festival and live fire shows, plus the indoor play area will be open until 9.30pm.
