One Direction film latest music video in small Somerset town
A small town close to Sandy Glade Holiday Park in Somerset shot to fame last week when the biggest boy band in the world breezed in for filming. Sorry I couldn't bring you this news beforehand ladies, it was kept very secret!
One Direction, who found fame on The X Factor in 2010, swapped the stage for the seaside shooting a promo for their latest video on Clevedon Pier â a Grade I listed Victorian structure that stretches out into the Bristol Channel.
The record breaking-breaking band, along with entourage and busy production team, braved the blustery conditions to shoot the new video â which is yet to be announced. A cold looking Niall later tweeted: âThank you everyone on the crew for today's video shoot! It was very cold. Very much appreciate your time and effort.â
Despite the pier being cordoned off, nearby streets were lined with 'Directioners' emerging from schools, holiday parks UK and other local businesses, hoping to get a glimpse of the lads.
The band sent waves to their adoring fans, sending social media sites into frenzy with photos and updates.
