On-park

Sandy Glade Holiday Park boasts plenty of open space for the kids to run about, a fantastic heated indoor pool with water jets and FREE water activities during the school holidays, amusements and an adventure playground outside. Put your feet up and let them have the time of their lives. There are a selection of paid and FREE activities running throughout the day, so there’s something to keep everyone busy this break!

As the evenings draw in you can head to the clubhouse to catch a fantastic array of live acts and visiting cabaret. Our team of Stripeys are always on hand to steal the show and make magical memories for the little ones, including our FREE kids’ clubs.

You’ve got everything you need on park, including a shop, laundrette, restaurant and bar.

 

On your doorstep

Getting out for the day to explore is a must – you’re in stunning Somerset after all! Just a few steps from the park you’ll find yourself in the dunes of Brean and Berrow, leading down to a long expanse of beach.

Grab an ice-cream, feel the sand between your toes and soak up a traditional seaside experience.

Other nearby beaches include Weston-super-Mare – famous for its Grand Pier, donkey rides and traditional fish and chips. You’ll also find Uphill Beach close by, perfect for a peaceful stroll and some wildlife spotting.

If it’s attractions you’re after then you’re spoilt for choice! Brean Theme Park is a great day out for the whole family with endless fun and excitement. Or pop just down the road from the park and visit Animal Farm Adventure Park. Hop on the West Somerset Railway to get a good look at the local area or simply learn about railway heritage. If you want to release their wild side then a day out to Longleat Safari Park is a must!

More unusual days out include Wookey Hole – a mystical cave system that’s home to the Witch of Wookey. Explore Cheddar Gorge – Britain’s biggest gorge and a fantastic place to enjoy a picnic or sunset spot. Explore the spiritual heritage of Glastonbury.
