The Wedding Of The Year Is Finally Here!
Heyyyy guys and dolls!! I am getting so excited here at our UK holiday parks - the Royal Wedding is finally here! The beautiful Meghan Markle and the handsome Prince Harry tie the knot this weekend St George's Chapel, Windsor.
Here at John Fowler Holidays we have lots of fun activities planned on our holiday parks, for everyone to enjoy!
South Bay Holiday Park you can watch the wedding on the big screen as they will be showing the celebrations from 9am and whilst you wait for the main event you can make your own crown and play some old fashioned royal games! Cream Teas, Teas & Coffees, Cakes, will be available from Chef's Corner and the bar will be open from 1pm!
From 10am at Perran View Holiday Park kids can get into the royal spirit and make their own flags and bunting to take with them to the street party in the clubhouse. Get into party mode and bring along some party food and watch the royal couple tie the knot on the big screen from 12 noon!
Make your own royal crown at Killigarth Manor to join the parade and competition at 12pm. At 12.30 you can take part in a royal quiz and enjoy strawberries and cream from 1pm whilst you watch the historic event!
Our Somerset holiday park, Sandy Glade, has royal arts and crafts from 10am and at 11am a traditional British sports day for everyone to get involved in. Watch the royal wedding and enjoy games and party dances from 1-2pm.
At Widemouth Bay you can enjoy a champagne breakfast for just £7 with free teas & coffees with the wedding and build up played on the big screen from 9.30am!
Alongside the Soul & Motown themed weekend at Trelawne Manor, they will be showing the wedding live in the lounge bar accompanied by cream teas from Chefs Corner.
Tolroy Manor will be doing princess themed arts and crafts from 10am and serving afternoon tea whilst playing the wedding in the lounge bar.
At 10am Sandaway Beach will be holding a 'Royal Foxy Club' and celebrate with an indoor street party for the live showing.
We can't wait to celebrate the whole day filled with glitz and glamour, a star studded guest list and of course, my favourite bit, THE DRESS!
