Coronavirus, COVID-19 - How will this affect your holiday?

Following the latest announcement and advice from the government relating to the Coronavirus, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our parks to holidaymakers from Monday 23rd March until the 16th April when we will review.

We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.

You will be able to re-schedule your holiday or if you are unable to rearrange your break, we will offer you a full refund. Please note our phone lines are extremely busy at the moment so you may prefer to email us to advise us which option you would prefer. The email address to use is myholiday@johnfowler.co.uk

Please note we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and messages. We would like to prioritise guests who were due to come on holiday in the next 7 days and respectfully request if you are due to come on holiday outside of that period, you delay calling us to give those customers a chance to get through. There may also be some delay in our response times to enquiries via our website and social media channels
