John Fowler Holidays Welcomes Ruda Holiday Park in Croyde

An exciting new chapter begins on the North Devon coast!

We’re thrilled to announce that Ruda Holiday Park in Croyde has officially joined the John Fowler Holidays family — and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome this iconic seaside destination into our family.

Located right on the golden sands of Croyde Bay, Ruda is one of the UK’s most popular coastal getaways. With direct beach access, incredible surf, and breath-taking views of the North Devon coastline, it’s a true gem — and part of our home patch!

From the beachfront camping and touring pitches to the stylish lodges nestled in the dunes, glamping options, and fun-packed family entertainment, Ruda has something for everyone. The park also features the Cascades Tropical Fun Pool, a lively Showbar, the Boardwalk bar and restaurant, and five additional food and drink outlets — all designed to help guests make the most of their stay.

And of course, one of Ruda’s most unique highlights is the fact that the beach is part of the park. Our guests will be able to step straight onto the sand for surfing, paddling, and soaking up the seaside atmosphere. Not to mention the amazing Beach Ranger team, who deliver a fantastic programme of family activities throughout the season.

For our new Ruda guests and loyal visitors, we want to reassure you that all existing bookings remain in place. The much-loved facilities, service, and spirit of Ruda will continue — now under our care — with exciting plans to make the park even better over time.
