Winners Weekend 2016
Over the course of the season we've held heats at our Devon, Somerset and Cornwall holiday parks for The Fox Factor, our very own talent competition. This year the talent has been unbelievable and the best of the contestants secured a place at the Winners Week Grand Final that was held at Trelawne Manor Holiday Park Saturday 5th November.
Thank you to everyone who took part in our 2016 Fox Factor Competition and huge congratulations to our winners and runners up.
This year's competition was the busiest we have ever seen at John fowler Holidays. We would like to thank all of our participants for taking part and a massive well done to all acts as every performance added to the incredible atmosphere that the weekend brought to Trelawne Manor.
Here are the winners and their categories:
4-10
1st - Max Hudson - Max's performance, was nothing short of brilliant with a guitar and vocal performance, which was received very well from our audience with a hint of disbelief that a young boy of 10 years age could be so brilliant on a guitar.
2nd - Elenor Stonehouse â From the beginning the expectations for Elenor were high, she performed in a beautiful blue dress that any Disney princess would be proud of, and she wowed the judges in both of her performances to see herself to the 2nd place in this year's competition in the 4-10 heats
3rd - Alina Thomas- Alina's final performance was one that left the judges astounded, her dancing ability was fantastic. The audience erupted at the end of her performance, a clear crowd favourite.
11-17
1st - Andrew Cording- After easing his way into the final, Andrew gave a show stopping performance with some superb dancing along with the use of a balloon. Andrew's final performance was nothing short of sensation with a dancing performance that The Fox Factor has never seen before.
2nd - Morgan Dunn-In both of Morgan's performances she sang Adele's "When We Where Youngâ, she showed what a classy and truly fantastic voice this young lady has, dazzling both audiences.
3rd - Savannah Shepherd - Performing two completely different songs Savannah showed us some of the best quality that opera has to offer. With performances that left the judges astounded that such a big voice could come from a young lady of her age.
18+
1st - Luke James â On the final night Luke performed 'Bring Him Home' from the popular musical Les Miserables, which was greeted by a standing ovation from the audience and judges.
2nd - Harry Nolan- Harry gave a brilliant guitar and vocal performance which was welcomed by the crowd with roaring cheers and rounds of applause.
Most Original Act - Georgia Moore- Georgia's performance was awarded as the most original act, with flawless vocals and guitar playing she stood out from the crowd. The judges said that Georgia's voice had a very unique sound and style that made her the most original act.
