Terms and Conditions
1. Summary
1. Win a 3 night weekend break (Friday-Monday) or a 4 night mid-week (Monday-Friday) staying in a caravan holiday home at a choice of 5 John Fowler Holiday Parks in Devon or Cornwall in up to a gold standard of accommodation by entering via our Facebook page.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Entrants must not be employed by John Fowler Holidays.
2.2. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
3. Entry
3.1. One entry per person is permitted.
3.2. Entries open on Thursday 27th September and close at midnight on Sunday 30th September 2018.
4. The Draw
4.1. One winner will be chosen at random on 1/10/18.
The Prize
5.1. The winner will receive a 3 night weekend break (Friday-Monday) or a 4 night mid-week break (Monday-Friday) staying in a caravan holiday home of up to a gold standard at one of five John Fowler Holidays sites to be taken between dates specified, subject to availability.
5.2. The following parks and dates are included within this promotion:
Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park, Combe Martin, Devon
Sandaway Beach Holiday Park, Combe Martin, Devon
Widemouth Bay Caravan Park, Bude, Cornwall
St Ives Holiday Village, St Ives Cornwall
Trelawne Manor Holiday Park, Looe, Cornwall
5.3 The dates are available are either 3 night weekend commencing Friday 19th or Friday 26th October 2018 or a 4 night midweek commencing Monday 22nd or Monday 29th October 2018.
5.5. Any extras such as pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and highchairs will be chargeable.
5.6. The winner is responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize.
5.7. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered.
5.9. The prize will be subject to John Fowler Holidays standard terms and conditions.
Administrative
6.1. The winner will be notified by post, phone call or email using the details provided.
6.2. The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
6.3. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a letter in a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter at John Fowler Holidays, Liberty Court, Roundswell Business Park, Barnstaple EX31 3TL within 21 days of the closing date of the competition.
6.4. The winner may be requested to participate in publicity related to the competition which may include publication of their name and photograph in any media.
6.9. Personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
6.10. The competition will be governed by English Law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
