Grand Pier’s Fireworks At Sea to light up Somerset sky

This Saturday, one of the top attractions to visit near our holiday parks in Somerset is staging a spectacular and unmissable fireworks display.

The Grand Pier, around 20 minutes from Sandy Glade Holiday Park, hosts its fourth annual Fireworks At Sea event and this year looks set to be the best yet!

General Manager of the Grand Pier, Paul Charalambous, said: “This will be our fourth firework display, with each display getting more adventurous every year.”

“I therefore have no doubt that this year's display will be truly magnificent and I advise booking early.”

With that in mind I've heard 500 tickets have been sold already, so you need to get booked up sharpish guys!

You can get a standard ticket for just £7.50 or a gold ticket for £12.50. Both include admission to the fireworks display as well as unlimited access to the Grand Pier's rides. The difference is the gold ticket will includes a tasty hot meal like Fish & Chips, Sausages or Chicken Nuggets – nom nom!

I've visited from our caravan parks in Somerset before and the rides are crazy fun! They have go-karting, F1 simulators, the Robocoaster, 4D cinema, amusement arcades and soft play for the youngsters.
