When you begin the booking process, submit a holiday enquiry, brochure request, contact us, newsletter registration or call me back request, we ask you to provide us with some personal information such as your name, email address, street address, phone number as well as the names and ages of anyone travelling with you.

This information is used to communicate with you regarding a booking, services and promotional offers, deliver requested information such as brochures, update our records and generally maintain your details.                   
In order to process your brochure request, enquiry, query or booking we will need to record your personal details. This information may be shared with external companies who carry out work on our behalf.
