One of the best John Fowler sites I have visited. Location is peaceful and the site is very well maintained. They really take pride in it's appearance. The staff are top rate. From the bar to the restaurant. From the reception to the shop everybody is so helpful and accommodating. The restaurant is a must try. The food is brilliant.

Stayed in bronze accomodation for 4 nights. The location is beautiful, surrounded by woodlands. Very quiet and tranquil which is just what I wanted. The accomodation itself was a little run down, furniture worn etc but this is only minor, the place itself was nice and clean. Short drive to st Ives and carbis bay. On site shop well stocked. Overall I'm quite happy and would stay again.

Good family holiday park, accomodation was a good size and reasonably equipped for a good base of operations. Bar is well stocked and entertainment is fairly good but very family orientated. Lots of fun for the kids but not so much on at night. There's a bus service into town from right outside the site. But the last one is at 18:15. So again not so good for the nightlife, and it's a fair old walk down to the town centre. Great position for walking as the coast paths are accessible from the back of the site. Had a great time here.😎

Well equipped 2 bed apartment in the manor house with absolutely stunning views of the bay from the lounge and twin room windows. Being on the top floor was a downside as there are quite a few stairs to climb and the site is located on a steep hill so need to be fit, this is mentioned in the park description online. There is a pool with lounging facilities and a bar with restaurant all situated withing the manor house itself. There's a lovely high street with a few eating places and shops all on the beachfront, the beach itself is small yet very nice and accessible. Personally we preferred the little cove directly opposite the park though there is a steep walk down to it. All in all a great stay for the family

Our first time staying here and we had a great time. We booked two silver bungalows and both were clean, tidy and had lots of home comforts. Staff on site were always friendly and happy to help. The park itself was quiet and the kids enjoyed numerous games of crazy golf! It is close to both Perranporth and St Agnes both of which have beautiful beaches. We look forward to coming back and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet location with great local taxis that actually answer a phone call and are very reasonably priced. On site staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. Well maintained and peaceful. I had a well deserved relaxing 5 day break and recommend Tolroy manor.
