October Half Term in Cornwall
Guys it doesn’t seem five minutes since our Cornwall holiday parks got quieter and the schools went back, October half term is just around the corner. There is lots of fun and exciting things to do in Cornwall this half term, I have been researching the most awesome things to do if you are staying at one of Cornwall holiday parks during the October holidays!
Monkey Sanctuary - Looe 27 - 30 October: There’s lots to do for the whole family; facepainting and a special Halloween treasure hunt in the garden! Head over to the Treetop Cafe and tuck in some spooky cakes and pumpkin soup!
Paradise Park - Hayle 25 Oct - 2 Nov: Explore the grounds of the Park and hunt for clues on The Halloween Owl Prowl Trail, complete the trail and win a prize! Daily Events include Carrot Time in the Fun Farm, penguin & otter feeding, a chance to feed the Rainbow Lorikeets.
Camel Creek Adventure Park, near Padstow – 22nd to 30th October: There is lots of Spooktacular things going on at Camel Creek this year, with a FREE gift for all children that turn up in fancy dress, a FREE pumpkin for every child, magic shows, bobbing for apples, two scare zones and the infamous Camel Creek Witches Grotto.
Eden Project, near St Austell – 22nd to 30th October: There are lots of fun activities taking place at Eden this October including face painting, storytelling, pumpkin carving demonstrations , pop-up performances and much more.
Newquay Zoo, Newquay – 22nd to 31st October- Fun for all the family with spooky storytelling, puppets, ghoulish ghost hunt, face painting, and creep crawly encounters.
And not forgetting the range of spooky entertainment we have around our Cornwall holiday parks such as the Spooktacular Family Showtime, Foxy’ shop of Horrors, Haunted boogie breakdown, Pumpkin carving (bring your own pumpkin) and Cheffy's Birthday Celebrations.
