Devon & Cornwall beaches awarded Blue Flag Status for 2019

England's cleanest beaches for 2019 have been revealed and we are very excited to hear that 6 beaches on the doorstep of our beachside holiday parks have been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag status by Keep Britain Tidy.

The Blue Flag status is one of the most recognised eco labels in the world, and with the South West having the largest number of awarded beaches there has never been a better reason to visit our holiday parks

The Blue Flag shows that the beaches have met the stringent criteria which must include; excellent facilities, are litter free and have a high standard of water quality. Blue Flags are only given to beaches whose local authority has promised to run a minimum of five educational activities for the local community and visitors to makes visitors aware of the importance of looking after the natural environment.
