Live radio broadcast at John Fowler Holidays!
On Saturday 27th August from 8am until midday, Pirate FM’s Mark Chapple and his crew will be broadcasting live from John Fowler's Cornwall Holiday Park - Trelawne Manor. There will be lots to do for all of the family, with a free BBQ, lots of fun and games, bouncy castle, bungee run, an animal talk and a multi-sports session run by Plymouth Argyle.
This is the first time that John Fowler Holidays have hosted an event like this at one of their holiday parks in Cornwall. The event will be open to all of the guests staying on the park as well as locals from Looe, Polperro and the surrounding areas.
General Manager Duncan Lancaster said “We’re really excited to be working with Pirate FM and to be the first one of our holiday parks to host an event of this nature. We hope that everyone who comes has a great free day out and that it will be the first of many family fun days with Pirate FM.”
Established in 1992, Pirate FM are proud to support local businesses and community events in Cornwall and broadcast from hundreds of local events across the year. Mark Chapple is one of their most popular DJs hosting a regular Sunday show of real music variety and will be available for photographs and autographs.
The in house entertainment team, The Stripey Coats will be getting involved running extra activities and there’s sure to be a visit from some of the Foxy Gang. As well as all of the activities, visitors will have a chance to use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the flume, have a go at crazy golf or a game of tennis as well as looking around the caravan showground and see all of the latest caravans for sale. John Fowler Holidays would like to extend the invitation to holidaymakers and locals alike to join them for the outside broadcast and enjoy a free family day out.
