Buying a Caravan or Lodge Holiday Home
Buying a holiday home is a big decision. We have put together some information about what you might like to consider before purchasing your holiday home. We would definitely recommend that you experience the VIP lifestyle of an owner for yourself before you buy and will happily arrange a free VIP day pass for you and your family to come along and try out the facilities for yourself. Or you might even want to book a Try Before you Buy 2 night break.
Choose the park that's right for you and your family. Think about how long it takes to get there and how often you plan to visit.
Pick the holiday home that best suits your family's needs. We have a whole range of makes and models available from entry level pre-loved to caravans right through to spacious state of the art lodges.
Check the affordability. We have something for every budget starting from just £19,995, we can even arrange finance to spread the cost for you. You'll need a deposit of 10% (or 25% if purchasing a lodge).
Select the perfect pitch for your holiday home. Some are pre-sited but we also have the option to site your new holiday home on a vacant pitch to suit your requirements.
We try to keep everything as simple as possible and our paperwork consists of 3 parts. Should you have any questions, queries or doubts, either before or after your purchase, please do ask and one of our sales advisors will be able to help.
The paperwork consists of:
For the sale there is a Purchase Agreement, a bit like an invoice. Once you have paid it, the holiday home will be owned by you and you may remove it or take it elsewhere. Click here to view a copy.
