St Ives Holiday Village

The Park

St Ives is a fairly level holiday park. As the park is set in woodland, some of the pathways and terrain may be uneven due to tree roots. We have one assisted unit for guests with partial mobility and one fully adapted wheelchair friendly caravan lodge with ramp access.

Getting Around

The Kernow A2 to St Ives bus station via Carbis Bay has a bus stop within the park entrance and timetables are available from Reception. Please note the bus service does not run all year round. A full timetable runs from Whitsun until the end of August and there is a restricted service from Easter until Whitsun. For full details of the timetable, please click here.

A train runs between Lelant Saltings and St Ives Park & Ride Car Park. This is a spectacular train route and costs from £4.00 per person for a return ticket. Details can be found here.

A range of mobility products are available to hire locally from HSC Mobility in Hayle who can be contacted on 01736 755927.

Public Buildings

Access to our main venue is suitable for those with partial mobility and has ramp access. The colour schemes generally provide contrast between floor, wall and doorways for the partially sighted. There are designated disabled parking spaces next to the shop from which adjoins the clubhouse. There is level access to the swimming pool from a dedicated entrance, within the pool building there is an accessible changing room. Entrance into the shop and Chef’s Corner is level. There is a disabled toilet in the main venue. Baby change facilities can be found in the main venue and also with the female changing rooms.

Assistance dogs are welcome in all public areas.

Dietary Requirements

The Rafters Restaurant and Terrace offers a wide range of foods which we anticipate will meet most dietary requirements. All vegetarian, vegan and gluten free choices are marked on the menu. For any other allergies, please speak to our staff who will be happy to help.

Mobile Signal and WiFi

As we are set in a woodland, mobile signal can be poor from the more remote areas of the site. The majority of lodges and caravan lodges have free dedicated WiFi. We also offer free WiFi in the main venue.
